Step By Step Instructions

1. Register

Click here to access the registration form. Please fill out ALL fields on the form.

The username will be shared by you and your students. Please pick something that is easy to remember and easy to share, like your school name or mascot.

2. Check your email and activate the account

For your security we need to be sure we can communicate with you about your account. Don't worry, we will not share your email address with anyone else. See our privacy policy for more details.

You should see an email from Beyond The Notes with a link to activate the account. Click on that link and your account will be activated!

3. Log in as Account Manager

After activation you will be taken to the login page. Please log in using your email address or username and password.

4. Add Users

Follow links on the page to "Add, Edit and Delete users" then click the (+) sign to add a user. As a shortcut, click on "Add Class / Student to User List" from the left menu.

Once here please add a user, either the name of a student or the title of a class, or even your own name. Then create an access code for this user.

Repeat for all classes or students.

5. Other Account Management Options

While you are logged in as the Account Manager, you can edit your account information, change your password, modify users, and purchase site license subscriptions. Be sure to log out when you are done so no one else can accidentally modify your settings.

6. Pass out login information to your students

Students can log in using the username, their name, and their access code. Once logged in, they will see the list of training programs from the menu of options.

7. Extend your membership

We are confident that after you set up your users and take a look at the training that this web site has to offer, you will be ready to purchase a 1-year subscription to the site. Please log in as the account manager and click on the Pay Now button. We use PayPal for payments. You do not need an account with PayPal, you can simply enter your credit card information. If you already have a PayPal account, login with your PayPal information and complete the purchase.

Please be sure to click on the button that says Return to Beyond The Notes on the final PayPal screen. This will ensure that your Beyond The Notes account is automatically updated and extended for a full year.

If there are any issues with PayPal, please contact us and we will work with you to resolve the issue and adjust your account expiration date.
